Delete a Reservation

Reservations must be enabled in the A2Z Community Settings in order to use this option. You must also be the person who entered the reservation or be listed as a member who can approve reservations as set in the Reservation Settings to delete a reservation. If this option is not available to you, please contact your site administrators for more information.

To delete a reservation

  1. Login and go to the dashboard.
  2. Click on Reservations on the left side menu.
  3. Hover over the title of the reservation you want to copy. Several links will appear under the title. Click on the Trash link.  If the Trash link is not available, you do not have permission to delete the reservation. (See above).

The person who entered the reservation will receive an email notifying them that the reservation has been declined.
